Next the pre-fabricated sides are set on top of the chassis, and the float is set up level & square. |

The rolled front beams and rolled roof frames are fitted, and the whole assembly is braced square, in preparation for fitting of the sheet metal. |

All of our floats start with the same type of chassis, constructed from 65x65x5mm "Duragal" angle. Note all the cross members are notched and fully welded to the side rails, not just sat on top. |
