The sheet metal is then fitted to the frame, the doors are hung with brass pinned piano hinges for extra strength.

All the sheet metal is 1.55mm galvanised finish, all stitch welded to the frame. Note: no rivets used to secure the sheet metal to the outside of the float, everything is welded.

All the sides are held straight with braces during the stitch welding process.
